Town of Belleair Public Works Facility

 

Design Build project for the Town Of Belleair.  This project includes concept development, design, permitting, demolition of the existing public works facility, construction of a new 12,000 S.F. Public Works Facility, and associated sitework.  The new 12,000 S.F. Public Works Facility is being designed to meet U.S.G.B.C. LEED certification compliance. This facility will also be utilized as the Town’s Emergency Operation Center and is being designed as a category 4 structure capable of withstanding up to 140 MPH winds.  This project includes an accelerated project schedule with a construction schedule of less than 6 months.
