Epicurean Hotel - Elevage Hotel Bar Renovations

The Elevage Hotel Bar Renovations Project was performed to create additional seating / waiting space for the Epicurean Hotels restaurant “Elevage SoHo Kitchen & Bar”. The project consisted of renovating an existing waiting area into a more open concept to create a cohesive flow from the main lobby to the bar. Renovations included decora tive wall paneling, installation of Euro Style folding panel storefront door system, tile repairs and installation, fire sprinkler retrofits and various other adjustments.

The installation Euro Style Folding panel storefront system creates additional connection to the exterior outdoor seating. Originally the exterior space was not easily accessible and under utilized. With the renovations updating the connection, it created much needed space for the lobby bar and Elevage Restaurant.
