Building Construction
Our building construction projects range from interior renovations, new commercial buildings, hospitality, restaurants, toll collection facilities, convention centers, large playground/sports complex facilities and even a Zoological Garden for the City of Tampa.
DNCC has worked with companies such as Verizon, Lowe's, Marriott, and Innisbrook Golf Resort to name a few to construct building environments that meet each customer’s unique design scope. More recently, Nelson Construction served as the Construction Manager to restore and renovate the Casa Santo Stefano Restaurant in Downtown Ybor City, Fl. .
Heavy Highway / Civil Construction
Our heavy highway / civil construction projects range from site development projects to decorative streetscapes, airports, roadway, and utility projects for local governments as well as major road and interstate projects for Florida Department of Transportation (F.D.O.T.).
One service / advantage that David Nelson Construction brings for Heavy Highway / Civil Construction is we self-perform our own utility work as well as most other activities while most large Prime Contractor’s will subcontract this work out. As such, we have a unique perspective and ability to facilitate any changes in scope of work quickly and effectively.
