SR 616 Boyscout Blvd. from W Spruce St to Columbus Dr.

The improvements under this contract consisted of rehabilitating pavement including milling and resurfacing, sidewalks construction, improving drainage, signalization, signing and pavement markings.

 Some of the major elements included 1,871 SY of road widening with 3,777 LF of new curbs, 5,820 SY of new sidewalks, 101,200 SY of various depth milling, 15,961 tons of asphalt paving, 177 CY of retaining walls, storm drainage, traffic signalization, guard railing, sod, pavement markings, and signage.

 DNCC received a contractors past performance rating of 106 out of a possible 100 points. The additional 6 points were awarded for early completion of this contract. DNCC completed the project in 88% of the allowable contract time.
