Innisbrook Golf Resort Room Renovations

This project included the full renovation and upgrading of 102 individual units through Salamander Innisbrook who manages the property. There was a common color selection / schemes throughout the project but the unique feature of this project is each unit that was renovated is individually owned by private owners. This lead to very unique and different scopes of work for every unit renovated. The challenge was verifying the scopes of work with the private ownership, as well as, maintaining the overall design aesthetic throughout the property. This lead to some challenges during the course of construction that were overcome with excellent communication between Nelson, Salamander and the individual unit owners.

Some major items that were included with the renovations was the Presidential Suite upgrades which included a major bathroom renovation which included the addition of a soaking tub, shower renovation and updates throughout.
